Before you begin

Find the identity mark
Look inside pockets, along lining seams, under flaps, on leather tabs, near handle bases and behind straps.

Gather proof of origin
Receipts, store emails, box labels, dust bags, cards, locks, keys, straps and care booklets can support the result.

Use daylight
Place the bag on a plain surface near a window. Avoid flash, filters, screenshots, collages and cropped photos.

Get very close
Stamps, stitching, zippers, screws, edge paint, serials and hardware engravings need their own close-up photos.
