Refund Policy

PurseProof is operated by Vanessa Carmody. Before the refund terms, one important note on what you are buying: a PurseProof report is a low-cost, AI-generated review — a suggested authenticity percentage and accuracy assessment based entirely on the photographs and details you submit. It is your responsibility to provide good, clear photographs and complete information, and to decide whether a human authenticator is needed for further review. The price reflects that this is an AI opinion, not a hands-on inspection.

1. Our 14-day resolution window

If a report does not work out — for example your first set of photographs was not clear enough for a confident result — contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will issue you a code for a free resubmission, so you can run the scan again with better photos and information at no extra cost. Because the assessment is only as good as what is submitted, a rescan resolves the large majority of concerns.

This applies to single reports, the premium detailed report and credit packs. For memberships, you can cancel at any time from your certificates page or via Paddle; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

If you would still prefer your money back, you can request a refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle, and Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) applies to all refunds.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us through the site and we will point you in the right direction. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

3. After a refund

If a refunded purchase granted credits or a certificate, those credits are removed and the associated certificate may be invalidated. Membership access ends when a refunded membership period is settled.
